We are looking for a Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and executing sales strategies for Intuition’s Learning Services (ILS) business in the UK and Europe. Based in London and reporting to the Head of EMEA, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling our growing portfolio of capabilities and products into a range of verticals across Europe.  

The successful candidate will be a highly driven self-starter with an aptitude for innovation and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Liaising with senior management to define opportunities and optimize solutions. This role requires a close working relationship with the Head of ILS EMEA and Regional Head of EMEA, offering excellent career progression.
  • Prospecting and identifying new ILS business leads and growing our existing ILS accounts.
  • Helping clients and prospects identify their challenges and demonstrating how our range of products and services will meet their needs.
  • Working with the Head of ILS EMEA to define the future direction of our digital, custom and workshop business.
  • Applying the latest thinking in learning science to deliver truly effective learning solutions.
  • Defining and executing business strategies in the region.
  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective clients.
  • Using existing contacts within the industry to concentrate on business development and raising the profile of the company.
  • Producing and analyzing reports to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • An appropriate third-level qualification in business, finance or a related discipline.  
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a SaaS / technology sales environment.
  • Domain knowledge of digital transformation or data-driven learning solutions preferred.
  • Exceptional personal drive and an interest in developing and pushing boundaries to introduce new products and services to our clients to build revenue.
  • Ability to work independently to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proven success in building cross-functional and external relationships.
  • Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously, at a fast pace and to tight deadlines.
