We are currently seeking a talented IT or Computer Science graduate to join our IT team.

Based in our Dublin office, the successful candidate will be an integral member of the team with responsibility for internal hardware and software support across our global office network.

This role involves:
  • Providing day-to-day maintenance support to Intuition staff across numerous locations
  • Diagnosing & fixing issues on Microsoft desktop operating systems
  • Setting up and deploying new PCs, laptops, software, and peripheral equipment
  • Managing system maintenance and software updates
  • Ownership of raised issues to conclusion and escalation to senior team members if required
  • Working with senior team members on more advanced technical issues

Minimum requirements:
  • 3rd level qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Good understanding of current hardware and software, and computer networking principles
  • Good understanding of Microsoft applications and technologies particularly Microsoft 365 and Active Directory

  • General network and cabling experience
  • PowerShell scripting
  • VMWare technologies
  • Web server technologies (IIS, Apache, nginx, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of other operating systems (Linux, MacOS, etc.)
  • Firewalls, switches, and routers (Fortinet, Juniper, Cisco)
