We are looking for a high-performing Client Services Coordinator to join our Client Services team within the Technology & Business Process Outsourcing Services group. The Client Services Coordinator will work on high visibility projects for Intuition clients facing challenging business problems. This is an ideal opportunity to experience work in a fast-paced technology and professional services environment. It will allow the successful candidate to have a direct impact on the success of the Intuition technology business and open up additional career possibilities within Intuition.

The role involves:
  • Providing support for our North American Technology projects, including email/telephone support, answering compliance and technical queries, sending daily reminders, generating and providing weekly/monthly reports and supporting the roll out of new customers and initiatives.
  • Ensuring client requests are responded to at a satisfactory level to meet and, where possible, exceed expectations.
  • Providing technical support to end-users of Intuition products and liaising with internal team members to resolve technical issues.
  • Assisting Intuition Account Managers and Sales Associates with tenders, proposals, client requests and presentations.
  • Dealing with general administration requests.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills are essential. Applicants must have a good working knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data.
  • Exemplary teamwork skills are essential, with little direct supervision.
  • Prior experience of customer service in an IT environment is preferable.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
