Based in our Dublin office, this role carries responsibility for managing and growing existing accounts as well as helping to grow Intuition’s online solutions business in the UK and EMEA. This is a highly consultative and collaborative role, working with both clients and Intuition colleagues.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the continued success of our rapidly growing customer base. The Junior Account Manager will be the key point of contact for our clients, acting as a trusted advisor, driving adoption of our solutions, and cultivating successful long-term partnerships.

This role would be most suitable for a junior business and management professional looking for a new challenge after their first post-graduate job.

Key Responsibilities & Duties include:
  • Cultivating and targeting corporate relationships and formulating prospect development plans
  • Identifying opportunities to grow new revenue streams in target sectors and territories
  • Working with Management to identify suitable targets and arrange sales and marketing campaigns
  • Engaging with prospects to understand their business needs and proposing appropriate learning and knowledge solutions across all of Intuition’s offerings
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Creating and managing Client Development Plans in conjunction with Management to create new business targets within key accounts
  • Working with the Sales Team to network within existing clients and to keep clients abreast of relevant deliveries elsewhere
  • Designing programmes and modules in partnership with the Sales Team, clients, Intuition consultants, and SMEs
Professional Experience              
  • 1-2 years’ post-graduate experience in a client-facing role
  • Educated to degree level
  • Working knowledge of the financial sector is desirable but training will be provided
  • Passion for technology and interest in understanding how people learn
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills are essential including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of social selling is an advantage
