As a key member of the Multimedia team, the Graduate Multimedia Developer will be involved in designing and producing a wide range of interactive digital media, from interface design to motion graphics, iconography, branding, and typography. The Multimedia team of developers works within a wider team of writers, editors and designers building high-end learning materials for a multi-screen, multi-device world.
This role involves:
Using technology to transform learning designs into digital media for use on phones, tablets and web browsers
A focus on User Interface and User Experience (UI & UX) front-end development in HTML, JavaScript and CSS
An opportunity to use these technologies and others like JavaScript Frameworks and Libraries (AngularJS, NodeJS, CreateJS, etc.), HTML5, XSLT, XML
Influencing and advising others across the various Intuition teams
Using off-the-shelf software such as Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline
Bug fixing and troubleshooting
Ensuring that designed digital media is implemented appropriately and effectively in line with our standards for quality
Ensuring digital media functions and operates correctly on a variety of platforms and Learning Management Systems
Staying current with rapidly changing eLearning, social, and online technology environments.
