Intuition is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global HR team, based in Dublin. The HR team plays a key role in managing Intuition’s human capital which we rely on to successfully deliver to our clients and provides a consistent and high-quality shared service to managers and employees across our worldwide network of offices. This new role will be an integral part of that team.

The successful candidate will partner closely with our global departmental managers and the wider HR team in the recruitment, attraction and retention of the best talent for Intuition. They will act as the first point of contact for all talent acquisition activities while remaining highly resilient with excellent communications skills.

The ideal candidate will have a background in either agency or in-house recruitment. The ability to manage multiple priorities will be crucial in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Sourcing high-quality, diverse candidates across multiple business functions and regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC).
  • Proactively building a pipeline of high-potential talent to fill current and future roles.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for passive and active talent and managing relationships with both.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders/hiring managers to implement targeted talent acquisition strategies for their business functions.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a first-class candidate experience is provided to all applicants at every stage of the process.
  • Working with Marketing and Graphics in the design and implementation of employer branding initiatives and campaigns.
  • Utilising all recruitment channels effectively to raise the profile of Intuition’s employer brand both internally and externally.
  • Managing large-scale recruitment campaigns such as Intuition’s Global Graduate Programs.
  • Keeping a finger on the pulse of the ‘future of work’ to ensure that we foster a dynamic workforce with the skills needed to deliver now and into the future.  
  • Leading market benchmarking exercises and acting as key advisor to the Management team in relation to salaries and benefits.
  • Working with the wider HR team and individual managers on skills identification exercises and succession planning across all teams.
  • Compiling reports in relation to recruitment analysis, turnover, workforce planning, headcount, market insights, etc.
  • Collaborating on other talent engagement projects within the HR function to ensure that we support Intuition’s human capital across all areas.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • 2-4 years’ experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role, ideally recruiting across multiple regions.
  • Relevant 3rd level degree in Business, HR, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in the wider HR function and the role of talent attraction and engagement strategies within that function.
  • An interest in digital learning and solutions.
  • Experience in communicating HR policies and benefits packages.
  • Strong sourcing and research skills using recruitment tools and social media/online sourcing techniques. Prior experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is a distinct advantage.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to draw conclusions and have the confidence to make recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent interviewing skills and practices both over the phone and in person.
  • A client-centered mindset and outgoing personality, with the ability to build rapport with candidates from initial recruitment stages to new hire onboarding.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and experience building same.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of individuals at different management levels.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work accurately, plan effectively and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to think creatively and generate solutions.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
