We are currently looking for a Client Success Consultant to join our London office. This role is a great opportunity for a driven, committed individual to gain transferable skills and support Intuition’s high-profile clients as part of a dynamic and innovative team.

Operating in a consultant capacity, you will work alongside Account Managers to support a portfolio of clients and own and drive Client Success projects. You will be trained on our products and processes and will accumulate expertise to continuously support our team and foster client engagement.

The successful candidate will work together with Account Managers to ensure great client experience and long-term business. You will also be assigned to ongoing Client Success projects, and be involved in the management of Intuition’s learning management platforms and client integrations.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Management of all day-to-day client queries and ensuring the resolution of the same.
  • Management of ongoing updates & ensuring delivery of same to the highest standard amongst our client base.
  • Management of updates for new platform releases.
  • Supporting clients across different platforms and implementations.
  • Client onboarding.
  • Ongoing client relations management.
  • Management of digital adoption tools.
  • Working closely with product owners and key stakeholders to ensure client requirements are being met and exceeded.
  • Working closely with Account Managers to drive subscription renewals.
  • Working towards deadlines and targets to ensure you meet KPIs.
Skills & experience:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer support, customer success or other client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of French is highly desirable.
  • Analytical skills and comfortable working with data. Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot.
