In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to client success, account & business development managers. You will also coordinate all activities around training programmes such as booking and setting up webinars and meetings, organising attendees, supporting facilitators and assisting with the delivery of training packages. This role involves claiming funding and accrediting our solutions with the IBF and other authorities.

Organizational and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a personal motivation to succeed and a ‘can-do’ attitude. This role involves:
  • Managing the day-to-day logistics and administrative support for our busy EdTech service.
  • Providing support to the Account Managers’ key accounts, including client queries and report generation.
  • Proactively pre-empting potential issues and taking appropriate action.
  • Managing client and trainer requests regarding content and any basic technology issues they might have.
  • Liaising with teaching staff on teaching materials and monitoring service levels to ensure continued quality of service.
  • Performing cost reviews of services and initiating improvements as required.
  • Collating data to measure the impact and success of the programs.
  • Claiming funding for IBF courses
  • Managing and monitoring the validity of the accredited IBF courses

Skill requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Finance, Economics, or Business degree preferred)
  • 2 years’ work experience in administration or client success
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
  • Fluent Mandarin and/or Japanese would be helpful in the role but not  necessary.
  • Proven organizational skills with strong multi-tasking and execution ability, relevant experience in programme management is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
  • An ability to work on own initiative and take ownership of the role is essential.
  • Meticulous individual with an eye for detail
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programmes including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • An excellent knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom.
  • Tech savvy and ability to learn new software quickly.
