We are currently expanding our operations to meet the global demand for our products and services and are looking for creative and driven Business Development Executives for our London office.

The successful candidates will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. These are hunter roles carrying responsibility for generating new business across our verticals. Through tactical campaigns and continuous client exposure, you will quickly learn about how we solve problems for clients.

We envisage the successful candidates progressing into account management or professional services roles after 18 months. From there, you will begin to work autonomously on client engagements fostering deeper relationships to become a trusted advisor.

These roles would be most suitable for junior business and management professionals looking for a new challenge after their first post-graduate job.

Key responsibilities and Duties include:
  • Working with Management to identify and target opportunities
  • Creating a lead database of relevant prospects using LinkedIn
  • Using our software and your research skills to gather required information (prospect name, position, phone number, email address, etc.)
  • Qualifying prospects via email and over the phone against key criteria
  • Arranging meetings with prospects
  • Attending client meetings involving internal resources where necessary
  • Managing the design and development of proposals in conjunction with internal resources
  • Working with management on pricing and negotiation
  • Closing the sale
  • Onboarding the new client
  • Creating client development plans to upsell and cross-sell into the account
  • Creating account reviews to ensure client satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle

Professional Experience and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years’ post-graduate experience in a client-facing role
  • Educated to degree level
  • Working knowledge of the financial sector is desirable but training will be provided
  • Passion for technology and interest in understanding how people learn
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills are essential including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of social selling is an advantage
