We are looking for a high-performing Junior PM to join our APAC team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the continued success of our growing Custom E-Learning client base in APAC.
The Custom E-Learning Junior PM will be the key point of contact for our clients, acting as a trusted advisor, driving adoption of our solutions and cultivating successful long-term business relationships.

This is a client-facing role and the successful candidate will possess a combination of skills in project coordination, solution design and working with a team. The Junior PM will work with the Intuition Custom E-Learning manager to ensure project excellence and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a highly driven self-starter with an aptitude for innovation and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Excellent client-facing, communication and writing skills are essential. This role requires a person to be able to work in an agile fashion and be independent.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Handling and developing relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
  • Building relationships with key customers as well as managing and delivering to their expectations.
  • Assisting with queries, proposals, client requests and presentations.
  • Overseeing project deliverables and ensuring the overall project success.
  • Building networks to strengthen overall client relationships and grow revenue within existing accounts.
  • Promoting Intuition products and services where appropriate as solutions to client needs.
  • Identifying improvements and opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • 3 years’ working experience, preferably in an admin or project management role. Sales, E-Learning, learning technology or vocational training an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • An exemplary client service ethic.
  • A positive “can-do” attitude and a friendly, personable manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and proactively take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Inventiveness and resilience with a focus on achieving set goals and objectives.
  • A committed team player within APAC.
  • Experience of coordinating multiple projects in a client-facing capacity.
