We are currently looking for a Client Support Administrator to join our London office. This role is a great opportunity for a driven, committed individual to gain transferable skills and support Intuition’s high-profile clients as part of a dynamic and innovative team.

Operating in a support capacity, the role involves providing general administrative support to the Client Success team, including ongoing reporting and analysis activities, handling first-line client queries, and assisting the team with the implementation of Client Success practices. You will be trained on our products and processes and will accumulate expertise to continuously support our team and foster client engagement.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a ‘can-do’ attitude are essential. Attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to multi-task and work on own initiative are also key requirements.

Administrative support
  • Providing ongoing site administration and administrative support to Account Managers, Client Success Managers and clients.
  • Overlooking the subscription, invoicing and renewal processes and taking appropriate action when required.
  • Providing proactive customer support to clients by working closely across teams to ensure that client issues and needs are communicated clearly and resolved effectively.
  • Handling first-line client queries and assisting the Client Success team with the timely resolution of issues to meet KPIs.
  • Identifying and escalating high-priority issues where necessary.
  • Support with the creation of collateral, documents and presentations.
  • Administrative support with event and webinar scheduling and delivery. 

Ongoing reporting and analysis activities
  • Documenting client queries and resolution.
  • Documenting internal and client meetings and feedback.
  • Reporting against pre-defined KPIs.
  • Creating, executing and revising support processes as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Implementing research activities to analyse industry trends, client feedback and usage patterns.
  • Generating ad-hoc and regular usage reports based on clients’ requests or team needs.

Skill requirements:
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Have a positive attitude – personable, approachable and always eager to help.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot.
  • Analytical skills and comfortable working with data.
  • Graphic design skills would be advantageous.
