Due to continuous growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced U.S. Corporate Tax Specialist to provide U.S. corporate tax advisory and compliance services to entrepreneurs, investors start-up, scale up and mid-cap companies in a broad range of industries.

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
 
  • Taking ownership for financial management of the portfolio, WIP management, billing targets and cash collection
  • Involvement in marketing events and business development to achieve the business goals for the firm including building an effective business network and developing a strong personal brand internally and where possible externally
  • Participate in developing and pursuing new clients including preparing for, attending meetings and drafting follow up correspondence
  • Ensure financial metrics are within the firm’s targets
  • Supervising team members to maximise their performance and development
  • Ensure WIP levels are kept within set budgets and keep partners informed of potential budget over runs
  • Keep abreast of developments in U.S tax ensuring clients are kept informed of changes that affect them
 
About you

Ideally you will be EA, CPA qualified with at least 10 years professional practice experience with U.S corporate/partnership/trust/estate taxes.  You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You all also have/be:
 
  • High level leadership skills (delegation, development of team and monitoring staff performance)
  • Strong communication skills between clients, staff and management
  • Strong track record of developing new opportunities
  • The ability to work with prestigious clients who require complete confidentiality
  • Organised with impeccable attention to detail
  • Proactive and reliable
  • High level time management skills
