Appcast is seeking a high energy, intelligent and enthusiastic Finance Associate to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for assisting the Finance Manager in all aspects of the company’s financials therefore they will play an instrumental role in the financial future of the company.  Job Duties/Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Revenue reconciliations
  • Management of incoming and outgoing accounting correspondence
  • Credit Card and Bank Account Reconciliations
  • Preparation of numerous internal financial reports
  • Assist in the month, quarter, and year-end closing schedules
  • Assist in annual audits with the Finance team

Required Skills and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or related field is preferred
  • 0–1-year experience in a finance/accounting role
  • Experience with payroll considered an asset
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel and Word
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize in deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
