Appcast is looking for a smart, analytical, hard-working, and collaborative individual to work with our sales and account management teams and customers to provide strategic and tactical advice on the use of programmatic advertising technology to solve complex recruitment and job seeker acquisition problems. 



In this role, you will leverage your recruitment marketing experience (and Appcast performance data) to help our clients and prospects understand how to use our technology.

Responsibilities
 
  • Work with the direct sales team in demoing and presenting full business fit , product demos of all Appcast solutions and products 
  • Work with sales to understand complex client requirements, draft requirements, statements of work and demonstrate solutions to key prospects
  • Create a repeatable client analysis process and toolkit to help companies understand their media buying operation and identify areas for improvement in costs, quality, and volume. 
  • Weekly and monthly, review, analyze and make recommendations to our Direct customers to help them reach their recruitment marketing objectives.
  • Support sales & marketing with product demonstrations and sophisticated client needs analysis.
  • Work with marketing to draft briefs on media buying approaches and strategies
  • Partner with Account Management to identify key strategies and establish solutions that address client business goals and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Client and industry travel & speaking

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in programmatic ad buying for recruitment marketing at an ad agency, job board, or large scale ‘on-demand/gig’ company
  • Solid understanding of the recruiting process, ATS and recruiting CRM technology
  • A practitioner’s understanding of job APIs, feeds, XML, & pixels
