Overview:
The Account Director will be responsible for managing and growing their agency client patch, across all revenue lines. Working closely with the Innovation Team, Design Team, Content Team and Audience Insights Team to create innovative and bespoke proposals, both proactive and reactive, and targeting potential clients within the agency patch. Accurately reporting and forecasting across the agency patch, ensuring monthly and yearly budgets are achieved.
Role Responsibilities (Overview)
  • Partner with agencies to sell the full range of Mediahuis products across print and digital
  • Manage revenue delivery versus budgets
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of business to achieve yearly targets
  • Ensure all bookings and client information is kept up to date and accurate at all times
  • Develop strong internal relationships and work closely with the Innovation Team, Design Team, Content Team and Audience Insights Team
  • Target clients with new Mediahuis products, both proactively and reactively
  • Work with the design team to ensure all pitch decks are of the highest standard, accurately address the brief and achieve the client KPIs
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners at every level of the organisation
  • Continually identify and target new clients on your patch
Experience & Qualifications (Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge)
  • BA degree preferred in Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Media Sales role
