Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and creative Group Marketing Executive who will play a key role in creating and executing the Group Marketing Strategy and growing the Group Brands.
You will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with all departments within the organisation. A flexible, hands-on approach is essential, and you will be agile, and solutions focused in your thinking.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the right person will be responsible for collaboration cross-functionally driving initiatives and contributing to the company’s overall growth objectives. The right candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and be confident in their ability and decision making. Main Duties & Responsibilities
Brand Management
  • Optimise Fleet Branding for maximum efficiency and brand visibility
  • Sponsorship Agreement controls
  • Documentation & design templates for quotes/proposals, contracts, brochures, etc.
  • Group ambassador for products/services
  • Coordination of merchandising, promotional material, client gifts, etc.
Event and Project Management
  • Trade shows, Events and Conferences
      • An ability to plan, design, make decisions, manage projects, risk and budgets is essential.
      • Managing the whole process from the planning stage, right through to running the event and carrying out the post-event evaluation.
  • Provide cross-functional support across the Group for all Marketing activities.
  • Support new market development across the Group

Digital Marketing
  • Assist with the development of digital marketing strategy and solutions for enhancing the online engagement and ROI
  • Initiate, plan, and implement effective marketing campaigns online, aligned with our business goals
  • Maintaining, updating and monitoring the Group websites
  • Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively
  • Contribute to the creation of digital content (e.g. website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Mailshots)
  • Developing and implementing paid social media campaigns end to end
  • Create visual content for our social media channels and marketing emails
  • Planning and sending email campaigns
  • Website and blog content development with specialised articles
  • Defining and implementing the SEO strategy that significantly grow organic searches 
  • Creates analytics reports to share the progress on all campaigns (monitor and report on website traffic, online ads, social media activity/campaigns)
Other duties which may be assigned by the company over time relating to the marketing division, business development or new product initiatives / launches.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related program
  • A Digital Marketing qualification is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience Marketing
  • Experience in Event Management an advantage
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms and best practices from a brand perspective
  • Experience in content creation for digital and traditional marketing channels.

  • Experience in Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta, would be an advantage.
