Elite Hotels Management Trainee Programme
Elite offers an exceptional opportunity to join their management trainee programme and develop your skills across a wide range of departments within our 4 and 5 star hotels.
Our teams are like a family – sometimes we disagree – but more often, we share the desire to help each other succeed and give the very best to all of our guests. We have a wonderfully diverse staff, which enhances the culture of each hotel and makes them a very desirable place to work. To support our people, we offer free uniforms – which are dry cleaned free of charge, meals are provided by our talented kitchen team and most have plenty of free parking. We also have amazing recognition awards for exceptional customer service, a share of the service charge and reduced price stays in all of our hotels – where you are treated like a guest no matter who you are!
As an accredited Investor in People, we are dedicated to the development of our staff. Many of the team started out in junior roles, but have been offered training and promotional opportunities as their skills have grown. We are very fortunate to have a large percentage of long-term team members, able to offer their experience and expertise to the next generation of hospitality professionals – this could be you!
The trainee-ship is a 22 month programme that will put you in all of our departments, developing levels of seniority as your experience grows.
The Management Training programme represents an opportunity to establish a career where the emphasis is on style and quality. Each of the four Elite Hotels has its own unique characteristics, with all of them offering our guests the highest standards of personal service and hospitality. It is our firm belief that developing new managers from within empowers them both professionally and personally, whilst enabling them to build their skills and capacities to achieve rewarding long term careers.
On successful completion of the programme, interviews will be arranged with one or more General Managers at the different hotels where there are managerial positions available.
