Project Manager



John Sisk & Son Ltd are delighted to be growing their team with the addition of a Project Manager in who will be a key decision maker with responsibility over an exciting new residential development in Dublin West.

You will be:

 
  • Responsible for the management of onsite resources including the set up and mobilisation of teams, supporting staff and maintaining a motivated, high level of morale.
  • Working closely with the Regional Director, Assistant Project Manager, QS and  Engineering team 
  • Build and maintain close relationships with suppliers, clients, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that all onsite systems are in line with our internal policies and regulatory standards for health & safety, wellbeing, environment, quality and sustainability.


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, ambitious, Project Manager to be a key decision maker in leading projects with a company where you will have unlimited career progression opportunities.


You will have:
  • 5+ years' experience managing and working closely with subcontractors and direct staff
  • Experience in managing key stakeholder relationships including client management, supplier negotiations, staff management and supply chain planning
  • Excellent communication skills, people skills and experience preparing and reporting on key project information
