Senior Quantity Surveyor 

Due to the development of new and existing projects we are excited to be recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in either Oranmore, Galway or Tubbercurry, Sligo

Working alongside the Project Director/Contracts Manager, the role will be working within & assisting the commercial & construction team to ensure a successful project is delivered, while maintaining relationships, maximising commercial returns and manage risk.


You will be:
  • Preparing tenders, analysing, selecting appropriate s/c & finalising s/c orders, financial & commercially manage to Final Account completion.
  • Preparing & presenting forecasts, targets & CV reconciliations.
  • Preparing & agreeing valuations, including generating certificates & invoice/payments.
  • Updating projected final accounts on regular basis and prepare, submit & agree Final Account in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining & protecting JSS commercial & contractual entitlement. 
  • Reviewing & updating project risk/opportunity plan, monitoring for changes consider within any forecast reports.
  • Offering Tender support & work with the pre-construction department in tenders & 2-stage tenders
