Quality Engineer - Civils

At John Sisk & Son Ltd., we are delighted to be growing our team in Killaloe with the addition of an experienced Civils Quality Engineer.

As a skilled engineering professional you will be responsible for assessing the quality of works onsite, reporting on standards, quality, improvements and delivering actionable results oriented feedback.


You will be:
 
  • Working closely with the onsite team including subcontractors, engineers,and management.
  • Utilising your engineering expertise and specialist quality assessment skills to identify areas of improvement and analyse project works
  • Liaising and partnering with key internal and external stakeholders, building, and maintaining strong relationships as a trusted business partner for project success
  • Orangising Quality Plan audit’s
  • Monitoring in accordance with the QP Plan.
  • Other duties as determined by the department head from time to time
  • Tracking and monitoring site testing requirements
  • Creating and populating project Safety File


You will have:
 
  • Excellent attention to detail whilst being a stickler for perfectionism
  • Maintenance of the QP
  • Completed a third level engineering degree
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering within civil and building costruction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience managing key stakeholder relationships
