Contracts Manager

Sisk Strategic Projects is a longstanding service division within the John Sisk & Son business, operating in the Retrofit, Re-purposing and Refurbishment sectors. 
The Contracts Manager will be working on key frameworks with the likes of DAA, OPW, DCC, DOE, HSE etc. predominantly working in the Dublin, greater Leinster region,with the request to travel wider a field if required/requested by key clients.
 
Majority of works are live operational environments, so experience in delivering this type of Retrofit, Fit-out, Re-purposing and Refurbishment works is an advantage.  The ideal candidate is someone who has over 5 years of experience over seeing projects start to finish.


You will be:
  • Responsible for the planning of weekly and daily activities with the General Foreman
  • Reporting to the Regional Director you will work closely with your teams, including Senior Quantity Surveyor, to ensure on time and on budget project delivery.
  • Building and maintaining close relationships with suppliers, clients, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that all onsite systems are in line with our internal policies and regulatory standards for health & safety, wellbeing, environment, quality, and sustainability.
  • Monitoring that the works are being carried out in accordance with the designer’s drawings, sketches and to the relevant specification.


You will have:
  • Completed a third level qualification in Engineering/Construction Management/Trade certification.
  • 5+ years of experience as Construction Contracts Manager (Fit out experience)
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing key construction stakeholder agreements including clients, team members and reporting managers.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills with experience reporting on project delivery schedules.
