Stakeholder Manager (Event Licensing) - Manchester
  • Managing the events programme to ensure that all events proceed without impact, both on the event and on the site operations. Flexible on hours, potential to be 1st call out.
  • Liaising between the SISK team and our stakeholders to plan, prepare and implement any action required to facilitate the smooth running of all events.
  • Attending / chairing regular meetings with the SISK team and all stakeholders.
  • Undertaking pre and post event inspections of all relevant areas.
  • Carrying out health and safety inspections.
  • Working in with the SISK team to arrange and supervise relevant testing to provide safe areas for end users e.g. slip testing, lighting tests, hoarding tests, etc…
  • Producing and issuing reports as required to close out any incidents relating to the major events.
  • Managing security/Fire protocols/fire marshals/ M&E attendance, relevant to match days/events, not the day to day running of the site.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience
 
  • Management qualification, proven experience
  • CSCS Card
  • H&S Qualification, proven experience. SMSTS minimum
  • Stakeholder engagement, good communication skills
