Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality (HSSQ) -Graduate
We are seeking a Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality (HSSQ) to join our HSSQ function and support our activities across our factory, offices and live installation sites. The
role is being offered as part of our Graduate Program (2024) and will follow a structured program over 2 years.
Graduates can be located in either Oranmore, Galway or Tubbercurry, Sligo.
Details are below:
€35,000 per annum, plus car allowance/commercial vehicle
Expenses provided for any travel required
Development program to progress to HSSQ Advisor within 2 years

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leader in modern methods of construction (MMC) working across a range of sectors including education, housing and life sciences. On the job
training would also be provided such as Fire Marshall, Risk Assessment, First Aid and Sustain etc
You will be:
Supporting on the delivery of Site Orientations and Visitor Inductions
Supporting the Monthly Reporting System
Supporting the development and review of Risk Assessments, RAMS and SOPs
Supporting the coordination and management of chemical storage
Monitoring and report on key compliance requirements e.g. GA1s, GA2s, GA3s, Machine Maintenance checks, calibration checks, ITPs, ITRs
Carrying out audits/inspections of Vision Built projects in line with management system
Deliverying of local training
Supporting HSS Installation Senior Advisor or Factory HSS Manager on the implementation of the HSSQ management system across live installation sites and our factory
You will have:
A
Degree in Occupation Health and Safety, Sustainability, Quality or similar
Time management and organisational skills
An understanding of performance management
