We are looking for ambitious people to join our Project Management teams across our specialist areas.

We are a team who encourage growth, learning and collaborative working both internally and with our clients. Working closely with clients and internal teams you will work on a number of projects in parallel. You will manage the delivery from quoting stage through to the final project deliverables, helping ensure that projects run efficiently, to specification and to budget.

What will I be doing?
These roles are varied and interesting and, including:-
  • Contribute to client meetings and be the trusted point of contact for clients on project logistics
  • Prepare project budgets and costings, and advise on assumptions made and ways of working
  • Create and manage project plans / schedules, organise the research team and manage inputs into the operational process
  • Manage operational delivery, from scripting and translation, to fieldwork, data processing and data checking
  • Take pride in delivering on time, on budget, and within scope
  • Effectively identify and pre-empt challenges and problems that might affect the successful execution of a project
  • Manage the Statement of Work, ensuring delivery to agreed specification
  • Oversee the financial performance of projects, tracking and managing external costs, internal time and profitability
  • Actively seek new opportunities to develop yourself and continue learning
  • Share project learnings (successes and improvements) across the wider team, celebrate your success!

What do I need to bring with me?
To be successful in these roles you will need the following skills and experience:-
  • Proven market research project management experience, either quantitative or qualitative
  • We are looking for people aren’t afraid to challenge and question current processes
  • Strong organisational skills – demonstrating flexibility, with ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail, including data checks and proofreading
  • Confidence with managing budgets and finances
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Be dedicated, taking ownership of tasks and delivering as promised
  • Ability to disseminate complex information
  • Be a positive thinker with a can do, solution-focused attitude
  • Proficient in using all Microsoft Office applications
  • Enthusiasm for the role, team and life in general
