The role…
You’ll be joining a team of dedicated, diverse and passionate quantitative researchers who focus on pack & product testing, innovation testing, optimisation and forecasting throughout the product innovation process.

We are recruiting enthusiastic and driven Research Executive/Senior Research Executives who thrive within fast-paced client accounts, with proven experience working in a research agency in a quantitative role. You’ll be working for multinational clients, providing pioneering research to enable them to achieve their mission.  

What will I be doing?
This will be a varied and interesting role including: -
  • In these roles, you’ll be responsible for contributing to our success in winning and delivering ad hoc projects designed to address the client’s widely varied business questions.
Core areas of responsibility -
  • Client Focus – you’ll be supporting the account leads to develop and manage client relationships.
  • You’ll be responsible for set-up, design, execution and delivery of projects, managing smaller initiatives independently and supporting on the more complex studies.
  • You’ll have involvement in creating innovative proposals, making effective use of, and customizing where appropriate, Ipsos tools and techniques.
  • There will also be opportunity for involvement in  new business development.
  • Team - You may take on responsibility for support and development of more junior team members such as working with graduates or students and helping to build their research skills and knowledge and ensuring quality and service is maintained throughout.
  • Communication – You will liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly, on time and to budget. Communicating within the project team, and having a positive impact on the project outcome.
  • Analysis and Insight – you will analyse research data, and secondary sources to deliver stories, narratives and presentations focussed on insights from the data, with support from the senior team members.
  • Financial Delivery – costing and pricing jobs with support, controlling project budgets, keeping forecasts up to date, and managing project scope. Our focus is on driving profitable growth, so you will be seeking opportunities to increase efficiencies and improve margins on every project we deliver.

What do I need to bring with me?
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience: - 

 
•Proven experience in market research desired, ideally within adhoc research projects.
•Innovation experience a big plus, but not essential.
•Strong team player.
•Good attitude with the desire to learn new things.
•Analytical skills, and data literacy required.
•Ability to work at pace, and juggle priorities.
•Good organisation and communication skills essential.
