The role..
In this role you will be central to client engagements, working in partnership to deliver great studies that have a tangible impact on their business. You will also help us in developing and achieving the business growth plan through building and strengthening client relationships, winning, designing and delivering successful studies and leading and supporting team members.

What will I be doing?
This will be a varied and interesting role including: 
  • You will help us in developing and achieving the business growth plan for our No. 1 client through building and strengthening client relationships through the delivery of insights with commercial impact. You will do this while leading, coaching and supporting team members:
  • Deliver impactful end to end quantitative research from set-up, design and execution of projects to delivery of commercial insights
  • Work as part of an account team driving  revenue & profit from existing and new client stakeholders
  • Lead the development of client partnerships through added-value
  • Lead the design of innovative, winning proposals & pitches in response to briefs
  • Lead the team to confidently deliver stories, narratives and presentations based on insights and tightly structured around clients’ business questions
  • Oversee development of project team members by providing guidance, support and coaching
  • Effectively manage resources/workloads across your project teams

What do I need to bring with me?
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience: 
  • Experienced, enthusiastic and driven Associate Director who thrives on being on a fast-paced large client account, with a proven, strong track record working in a research agency in a quantitative role.
  • You’ll have a desire to contribute important work for the health of society, helping our client convert cigarette smokers to reduced risk products.  And the opportunity to be part of a client account that spans different specialisations.
  • You’ll need to demonstrate a strong commercial drive and understanding of the factors which contribute to business success (revenue & profitability). Working closely with the Directors in the team, you’ll contribute to the development of and be responsible for delivering elements of the business plan.
  • Experience in building great relationships with clients beyond the transactional, demonstrating a genuine interest in them and their business issues
  • Good knowledge and experience of working with longitudinal data and, ideally, experience across a range of studies covering different business needs
  • A passion for uncovering an insight and always thinking “so what? What should the client do with this insight? What impact would it have on the client’s business?
  • Lead by example, be a role model who works well easy to work with and has time for others, enjoying coaching and mentoring.
