We are recruiting for a Product / Insights Manager. This role combines a mixture of inward facing technical developments and interfacing client liaison.  You will become the expert, not just in the UK but around the world, in a new and expanding Audience Measurement area.

The Role….
You’ll be working in the Research team. As a member of the team, your role is to provide technical support to the overall project and to feed the commercial team with insights and validation points, so that they can go back to their clients with relevant answers.
Whilst tagging is a challenging measurement, the clients need to be ensure that Ipsos iris collection mode is accurate. From the panel measurement side you will handle the technical queries and follow up on development with RealityMine (Ipsos partner in the panel measurement solution) 

Responsibilities include:
  • Working in an Agile environment and continuously reviewing the business needs, refining priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Prioritising and maintaining the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with product owners to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
  • Validating publishers’ tags that have problem and investigate issues that are measurement related. 
  • Following up on panel measurement development such as video and audio.
  • Working with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including data science, analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
  • Handling the admin and backend development part of Ipsos iris. This include development and enhancement.
  • Translating product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Developing and maintaining appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch
What do I need to bring with me…
  • Ideally knowledge of Digital Audience and Advertising Campaign Measurement
  • Audience Measurement or Advertising Research experience at senior level, agency or client side
  • Solid experience in digital analytical tools and measurement
  • Research literate with good verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable successful delivery of research based on digital solutions
  • Experience of working alongside project development teams in client situations
  • Ability to work with and interpret technical information
  • Experienced with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager configuration and implementation.
  • Know how to implement measurement tags on websites display and video ads
  • Knowledge of Mobile & App tracking
  • Team collaboration - ability to work with different teams such as researchers, data scientists, developers and commercials
