Field Operations, as a part of Ipsos MORI; has a panel of over 900 face-to-face Interviewers, working across the UK. Each year, our interviewers carry out around 350,000 face-to-face interviews with members of the general public. Our interviewing panel are the external face of our company; and the data they collect is crucial to our business.
 
The role…
The Project Lifecycle Hub is a small, central team, who sit at the heart of the Field Operations; supporting over 900 Field Interviewers and contributing to the successful delivery of Field Projects.  The ‘Hub’ is accountable for all administrative tasks associated with the lifecycle of a project, including survey script set ups & testing, despatch and processing Interviewer pay claims; whilst also providing technical support to our panel of Field Interviewers and more general support to participants, via a call centre styled Helpline.

This role will be required to work a 5 day a week (35hrs) inclusive of the weekend i.e. any 5 days including Saturday and Sunday.

What will I be doing?
This will be a varied and interesting role including: - 
  • Deal with both inbound and outbound calls; as well as managing the collection of data and documentation onto our various internal systems.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders to help set up the Project Brief; the specification and timelines governing a project’s lifecycle
  • Contributing to the various aspects of a Project Set Up and subsequent release; including script checking and the loading of interviewing sample, as per the Project Brief.
  • Contributing to the various progress meetings and stand-ups for our in-Field projects.
  • Responsible for the administration of Project despatch; including organising and collating despatch notes and participant incentives.
  • Organising despatch for late allocations or undelivered packs.
  • Asset management for our 900+ interviewing panel; including organising device swaps and assisting with the in-field troubleshooting of issues.
  • Monitoring the shared inbox and responding to queries within our agreed timeframes.
  • Responsible for Interviewer administration and processing Interviewer pay claims.
 
What do I need to bring with me?
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience: - 
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Proven experience within a telephone-based role
  • Experience of dealing with and resolving customer queries
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Computer literate – comfortable with use of Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and manage a number of different tasks
  • Be able to effectively manage and prioritise workloads
  • Results focused
