This role can be offered at the Senior Research Executive or Research Manager level.

What will I be doing?

You will help us in developing and achieving the business growth plan through successful management and delivery of studies, supporting team members and in turn build your own expertise in new areas.
  • Deliver impactful end to end quantitative research from set-up, design and execution of projects
  • Oversee development of project team members by providing guidance, support and coaching
  • Effectively manage resources/ workloads across your project teams
  • Working as part of an account team, contribute to revenue & profit from existing and new clients
  • Support the development of client partnerships
  • Contribute to design innovative, winning proposals & pitch in response to complex, challenging briefs

What do I need to bring with me?
  • We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and driven Research Manager who thrives on being on a fast-paced large client account, with a proven, strong track record of successfully having worked in a research agency in a quantitative role.
  • You’ll have a desire to contribute to important work for the health of society, helping our client convert smokers to reduce risk products. And the opportunity to be part of a client account that spans different specialisations.
  • You’ll need good knowledge and experience of the principles of quantitative research techniques.
  • You will also demonstrate the ability to build great relationships with clients beyond the transactional, showing a genuine interest in them and their business issues
  • A passion for uncovering an insight and always thinking “so what? What should the client do with this insight?
  • A focus on driving commercial success, looking for opportunities to grow our business while at the same time focusing on ways we can do things better, cheaper or faster.
  • Lead by example, be a role model who is easy to work with and has time for others, enjoying coaching and mentoring.
