The role
We are recruiting for a Qualitative Associate Director to join our team who specialise in consumer & commercial research largely with FMCG companies. The role we are looking to fill would focus on FMCG clients – across categories such as food & drink, personal care & household cleaning. The role is diverse in scope and you would be working with colleagues across a range studies including innovation & product testing, market exploration/understanding & communications development – among many others!

What will I be doing?
Our research experts provide integrated qualitative research, using traditional methodologies such as focus groups & depth interviews, as well as engaging new digital tools, such as mobile diaries & online communities – which have been critical through the CV19 crisis.

What do I need to bring with me?
We are looking for someone who is passionate and interested in the FMCG industry and can bring this enthusiasm to every brief we receive. To be successful in this, you will need:
  • A genuine interest in the FMCG space and an enthusiasm in keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in this sector
  • An interest in marketing, branding & advertising, particularly within FMCG.
  • Experience and confidence in handling & developing business with clients
  • Solid project management, delegation and planning skills.
  • The ability to work creatively and think commercially
  • To be client focused & with a proven track record in working closely with clients

    Along with:
  • Strong interpersonal skills – the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
  • Experience with digital qualitative methodologies
  • Have a ‘right first time’ approach
